[Fighting and weather chaos seem to have given way to...new arrival chaos instead. Unless someone shows up from her world, Raven'll be steering clear of the New Feathers given half an opportunity, at least until they know more about what's going on.

No, today she's taking steps toward all the things she made tentative plans about. First, to the flower shop and the item shop, looking for seeds that might result in food that could restore Rune Magic. Or a certain special kind of blue flower, one she's not likely to find until the fall - but she'll look, for the flower and the seeds.

Then she swallows her weird mix of fear-pride and goes back to the smithy. Time to ask about work. Now that her arm has healed and she's gotten a little practice in again, making accessories doesn't sound bad at all. Whoever is around in there will see her awkwardly stare at the building for several minutes before going inside to stare in a similar fashion at them.

Next comes an early dinner at Seventh Heaven, and that's where she lays out the journal and a small bag of somethings and speaks a message.]

I want to talk to some of you. I'm at the restaurant. [A very long pause.] Do all worlds have monsters?

[[ooc: Basically, if you had a moment with Raven thus far since she's been here, she made you something while she was getting herself back into accessory-crafting shape. Anyone can run into her (literally, if you wish) as she wanders around the village and tries to eat dinner in peace.]]

It's so neat that even exist, though! I met a man here who had a dragon. His name was Luminair. Um! The dragon's, I mean.

He has a dragon? [As she has not yet met Hiccup, this is all colors of shocking.] As an ally?

Oh, yes! He was a very friendly dragon. His master's name was Helios, if you've heard of him.

Oh. [Yeah, she talked to that guy. And now she's frowning. He said some interesting things about the different races, but...a dragon...]

...Yeah. I have.

[Raven also made Rapunzel something but hell if she knows how to say hey come and get this gift.]

He's a very nice person. Oh--and very good at baking! I'm sure he would be happy to let you meet his dragon is you asked him.

[Not sure if she wants to meet a dragon. Would one be able to tell what she was? It's not as if she wears feathers in this for-

...Well actually, she does now.]

Maybe. [That's the best you'll get on the subject of dragons. Now, for an audibly awkward transition.]

Do you, uh...have a use for accessories?

Accessories? Of course! Why do you ask?

I have some extra. ...You can have one.

You do? Oh, that's so kind of you, Raven! Should I come pick it up, then?

[So excited-sounding and calling her things like kind...]

You can. I'm at the restaurant.

Oh--Seventh Heaven? I'll be right over, then!

Okay.

[Whatever, crazy hair pie lady.

Nah, Raven doesn't really think that. She sees Rapunzel's enthusiasm and kindness and really? They're rather sweet and comforting.

It's just hard to ever admit that.]

[Hey, she'd probably take crazy hair pie lady as a compliment, too, you know.

Rapunzel shows up very soon after her last message--she doesn't live very far from the restaurant, and she's excited to see what Raven has for her.]

Raven! Hello! [She chirps when she sees her.]

[Chirps like a very hairy bird, this one does. Raven sits up a little straighter and nods at Rapunzel, already going through the small bag she has on the table.

What she holds out is a sun-shaped silver pendant set with four round red crystals in the center. They aren't as round or polished as they could be, but the effect is there.]

[Oh, wow. That's just beautiful. Rapunzel's jaw hangs open as she looks at the pendant.]

Raven--! That's just--it's beautiful! Do you really mean for me to have it?

Yeah. Take it. I don't need another one right now.

[All noncommittal and trying not to acknowledge the praise. It's nice all the same.]

You look like you'd like suns. [Shrug. Rapunzel has that kind of...shiny and cheerful and bright...ness.]

[She grins, taking the pendant in hand.]

Raven, this is so kind--I can't say--thank you so MUCH!

[Oh wait geez are you one of those sudden bearhug types. Gaius does that. It's not a good surprise. ...Except okay it kind of is but still. Surprise hugs? Not Raven's Thing.]

Sure. It's not a big deal. Resists fire magic.

[Well you better be getting prepared because here is a SURPRISE BEAR HUG.]

But it is! Oh, thank you! I've never had ANYONE make me a gift like this before!

[Hng! Surprise bear hugs.

...It's...not so bad, she guesses...Rapunzel's personality being what it is and all...

Sigh. She'll do her best not to squirm.]

[At least she isn't a lengthy hugger. She momentarily goes back to admiring her new pendant.]

Oh, I wouldn't want to impose! But that's very kind of you. It's beautiful!
