Three
[Fighting and weather chaos seem to have given way to...new arrival chaos instead. Unless someone shows up from her world, Raven'll be steering clear of the New Feathers given half an opportunity, at least until they know more about what's going on.
No, today she's taking steps toward all the things she made tentative plans about. First, to the flower shop and the item shop, looking for seeds that might result in food that could restore Rune Magic. Or a certain special kind of blue flower, one she's not likely to find until the fall - but she'll look, for the flower and the seeds.
Then she swallows her weird mix of fear-pride and goes back to the smithy. Time to ask about work. Now that her arm has healed and she's gotten a little practice in again, making accessories doesn't sound bad at all. Whoever is around in there will see her awkwardly stare at the building for several minutes before going inside to stare in a similar fashion at them.
Next comes an early dinner at Seventh Heaven, and that's where she lays out the journal and a small bag of somethings and speaks a message.]
I want to talk to some of you. I'm at the restaurant. [A very long pause.] Do all worlds have monsters?
[[ooc: Basically, if you had a moment with Raven thus far since she's been here, she made you something while she was getting herself back into accessory-crafting shape. Anyone can run into her (literally, if you wish) as she wanders around the village and tries to eat dinner in peace.]]

[Voice]
[Voice]
Maybe. [She really doesn't care to debate it anymore.]
[Voice]
So how many worlds have you found that don't have monsters?
[Voice]
[Voice]
[Voice]
[Voice]
We don't have rune magic in my world, but I think our monsters are probably a little similar in other ways.
[Voice]
[Voice]
[Voice]
We have abnormally strong and powerful monsters too.
[Voice]
Do you have a favorite one?
[Voice]
...I like phoenixes.
[[ooc: There's a chance they aren't called this in Rune Factory but Raven is the only one I know of and never names her species. Fire birds. You know. Big shiny fiery I think you've got a handle on it.]]
[Voice]
[At first he think she must already know his identity and he's half-tempted to ask who told on him, but she's so quiet about it. Quiet and shy. For now, he plays it self and just keeps it cool, lightly teasing.]
You like the sparkles about them, don't you?
[It should be noted, Marco sparkles. It drives his brother nuts, but he insists girls love it.]
[Voice]
No. I...just like them. They don't sparkle in my world.
[Voice]
Seriously?! That's not fair. The sparkles are great....
[Crisis of girlyness over here.] Just do me a favor, if you ever meet a man called Portgas D. Ace, do not tell him that other phoenixes don't sparkle. He'll never let me live it down. [Mutters to himself...] Maybe it's a male thing like the tail.... [Before speaking back up again.]
And... phoenixes are my favorite too, eh. Have you met any before?
[Voice]
Raven snorts, the precursor to laughter in almost anyone else. She has a tail, too.]
Just one.
[Voice]
[Voice]
[She'll pretend she didn't hear that last one.]
[Voice]
Damn... I'm only blue, but with a yellow tail.
[Voice]
You're-!
[Voice]
But it's kind of a secret, eh. [Holds a finger over his lips for a pose.] Granted, a bunch of people know already, but it's fun to surprise the rest.
[Voice]
...Well, because she's never met another one. Even a blue-and-yellow one. And she doesn't know how to make a filter. So if he can last through five minutes of silence while she wars with herself over what to say, whether to say anything at all - it's kind of a secret - looking hard at the tabletop and blushing and fuming because this isn't what she expected at all...]
Me too.
[Voice]
I know of one other guy who's a phoenix, his flames are red though, and he's not so... literal. He can't change from bird to human, you know? [Not that he knows if she can either... but what better way to find out.] Hey, let's meet in person, eh. If you're not too busy with everyone else you're meeting at the restaurant.
[Voice]
[Rest assured, Marco, she can do the bird thing.]
...I'm...not busy.
[This is impossibly awkward and strange and not meant to ever happen and...she thought she was the only one.]
